Shipping & Returns
Currently, we are only shipping to residents within the United States and Canada. We only offer standard shipping. Shipping times are estimates only.
Product price is exclusive of shipping fees and taxes. All shipping fees and associated taxes will show as an additional item on the customer receipt/invoice.
Once an order is processed, we generally ship within 2 business days. We cannot change or cancel an order once an item is shipped. Most orders arrive within 7 business days after being placed. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please notify Prismatic Plants immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to notify Prismatic Plants within 14 business days will result in loss of claim for reimbursement.
Prismatic Plants will not be held responsible for product loss due to inaccurate or incomplete customer shipping information.
Should your product become damaged during shipment, please contact Prismatic Plants immediately with order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. See Refund policy for further information.
All sales are final. Refunds will only be given in the event that you have received a defective or damaged product. A defective or damaged product constitutes a broken seal or damage to the bottle itself. Prismatic Plants will not be responsible for product defects resulting from a.) improper storage/use of the product or b.) changes/modifications made by you or a known third party. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once we have received sufficient documentation of damaged product, we shall refund the price in full including shipping charges. If requested, we may have you return the product to us at our expense. Once we approve your refund, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to post.
