Our products and individual ingredients are tested for pesticides, heavy metals, yeast, mold, pathogenic bacteria, mycotoxins, volatile organic compounds, and cannabis potency. We have a Certificate Of Analysis attached to every batch to ensure product safety. If you would like to download our COAs, please click a link below:
We source our ingredients from leading industry suppliers who perform rigorous testing before the ingredient even gets in our hands, then we perform our own tests. Our ingredients come from USDA organic certified farms all over the world. We are not able to source only U.S. herbs because many of our herbs aren’t native to the United States and thrive in climates different than what the U.S. has to offer.
Who should not take our products?
We do not recommend our products to pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under the age of 18, or those who have serious medical conditions. If you are taking any prescription drugs --blood thinners, calcium channel blockers, steroids, antihistamines, benzodiazepines, antiarrhythmics, antibiotics, antidepressants, anti-epileptics, beta-blockers, NSAIDs, --please be advised that CBD can inhibit your bodies ability to metabolize them. We recommend talking with your doctor before purchasing our product.

Will I get high?
Nope! Our product does not contain enough THC where one could get high from taking it. It contains a very small amount which is naturally occurring in hemp and is below the legal limit of 0.3%THC.
Where does the hemp come from?
Our hemp comes from an organic farmer in Colorado, USA. Our farm grows a special variety of hemp that is particularly medicinal.
Is the hemp organic?
Our hemp is grown organically and recently certified USDA organic, an essential qualifier to look for in cannabis/hemp products because cannabis/hemp is especially good at "cleaning" the soil (also known as phytoremediation), leading to unwanted pesticides and heavy metals in the extract. Our products are free of heavy metals and pesticides. With the passing of the recent 2018 Farm Bill in December, we are now allowed to begin the certification process to become USDA certified organic. We are in the process of getting this certification and hope to have it later this year.
What does "full spectrum" mean?
Full spectrum means that our extraction process includes all beneficial cannabinoids (CBD is just one of many cannabinoids) from hemp rather than using a CBD isolate. It has been scientifically proven that CBD works better when other cannabinoids are present. Our full spectrum extract is especially unique in that we do a slow-crafted extraction process which preserves many of the other beneficial cannabinoids, terpenes and flavanoids that are lost in mass extraction processes that have become the industry standard. We have tested many other types of extracts and have found that ours works the best.
What's the difference between hemp and cannabis?
Hemp is cannabis. Cannabis sativa is the name for the plant species which includes hemp. The slang name, marijuana, is a high THC variety of cannabis while hemp is a high CBD variety of cannabis.
What is CBD?
CBD stands for Cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is the main cannabinoid found in hemp (hemp being one variety of the cannabis sativa genus). CBD does not produce intoxicating psychoactive effects like that of THC. Research to date has shown that CBD may be particularly beneficial for whole body health by reducing anxiety, inflammation, pain, and seizures.
CBDa is short for Cannabidiolic Acid. CBDa is the precursor to CBD and is an abundant cannabinoid found in raw hemp.
CBDa turns into CBD when it is decarboxylated (a way of processing the plant to activate cannabinoids). Although
less studied than CBD, CBDa has been shown to be quite beneficial on its own in potentially helping with anxiety, inflammation,
nausea, and epilepsy. Early research suggests that CBDa may work synergistically with CBD to provide better, faster
results than just CBD alone.
Adaptogens are natural, non-toxic herbs which allow the body to “adapt” to physical, chemical, environmental, or biological stressors. They have the unique ability to support the bodies recovery from these stressors by bringing it back to balance or homeostasis. Adaptogens grow in climates where it is inundated with environmental stressors. This innate resilience to combat environmental stress is why this plant/herb ends up being so beneficial when ingested by humans. Adaptogens have been used for thousands of years but were not formally studied until the 1940s.
